Gritty In Pink — the community of women/womxn creators on a mission to achieve gender equity and equality in the music industry — have announced a new monthly residency series starting with their All GRL Show, Thursday, May 11, 2023 at The Echo LA for Mental Health Awareness Month.
Hosted by Gritty In Pink founder Shiragirl, Xtine Reckless and VK Lynne, the free and all ages event will feature performances by Sik Sik Sicks, Frankie & the Studs, SHEblime, S8nt Elektric, Leah Martin-Brown, and DJ Cristy Lawrence.
The Nowell Family Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides addiction recovery services to the music community, will also be tabling at the event. The Nowell Foundation is currently raising money to open Bradley’s House, a six-bed recovery facility that will provide treatment for people in the music industry with opioid addiction, regardless of their financial situation.
The event starts at 7:30 PM at The Echo in Los Angeles. To join, please RSVP HERE. Entry will be FREE RSVP with log in to INPINK at the door. INPINK is a new marketplace connecting the music industry to a diverse community of women/womxn creators and professionals.
