Oblivion Access Festival returns to Austin’s Red River Cultural District on June 15 – 18, 2023 for its 2nd year of experimental curation of metal and hip-hop. The festival announces their initial 2023 lineup with industrial metal lords Godflesh headlining alongside electronic artist Tim Hecker.

Additional artists slated to perform: Lil Ugly Mane, RXK Nephew, Ludicra, Yob, Final, Mamaleek, Jerome’s Dream, Bosse De Nage, Sissy Spacek, Lucas Abela, Drowse, Sprain, Ragana, Coi_n, Agriculture, Crawl, Parasiticide, God ShellPrivate Hellscape, and Shelly Knicks.

Experimental label, The Flenser, will also co-present a showcase featuring artists such as Have a Nice Life, Chat Pile, Planning for Burial, and more.

This is the first wave of acts to be shared and additional headliners and bands will be announced in the following weeks, according to the festival’s press release.

The festival made its presence known last year drawing over 5,000 fans and selling out the underground fest early, so it’s recommended to purchase tickets now. And with this acting as Godflesh’s first US performance in 4 years, and first in Texas in 9 years, the festival is due to continue to excite and bring the best of metal, experimental, and hip-hop from all over the world.
