Hardcore band Jivebomb shared the video for their track “Ditz” taken off their Primitives Desires EP released October of last year via Flatspot Records. Comprised of Kat, Harper, Ethan, and Mees, the Baltimore-based ensemble do more in minutes than most lengthier pieces and showcase their energy for January’s tour.
On the 5-track EP, which hits just over the 5-minute mark, there’s an invigorating slew of noise that is a perfect introduction to the band’s mindset. For “Ditz”, it’s mantra of putting yourself first is brought to life with aggressive howls and pit-opening licks. The track breaks into different tempos to really appreciate all instrumentation and Kat’s chakra shattering, or aligning, growl, and rolls into a heavy break to taper off the track. Paired with live footage from the band’s past shows the visual companion flaunts Jivebomb’s force and charm.
Jivebomb have announced East Coast shows in January alongside B.R.A.T., Fraud, Rapid Fire, and Deal With It on select dates before closing the month in their hometown at Disturbin’ The Peace Festival.
