The musician recently dropped the visual for single, “TONIGHT,” a lo-fi camcorder film that follows the artist around Japan. As he shares: “The video for tonight is the third video I filmed with my friend Matt Howard (from 633 films) on a recent trip to Japan. We had a bunch of ideas for different scenes on the way over, but we weren’t sure where we were going to shoot. It turned out that the suburb we were staying in was so beautiful and interesting and we ended up filming it just around the area we were staying in.”
His refined aesthetic translates into his recent album SLOWSHINE, a heavily textured and colorful body of work with multidimensional compositions and several standout tracks such as “MOONSTONE” (ft. Elkkle, E^ST, Duckwrth) and “DIZZY” (ft. Oscar Key Sung). SLOWSHINE offers insight into Golden Vessel’s wondrous world; intimate songs accompanied with a strong visual identity. The album also has a diverse array of features recruiting lyricists, songwriters, and close friends to contribute to his phenomenal debut length.
