Sunset Concerts at the Skirball Bring Eclectic Artists and Storytelling to Los Angeles

Now in it's twenty-third season, Sunset Concerts continues to implore the communal gathering of warmer days by kicking off its free 6-stint events, held every Thursday, on July 18th with Gabby Moreno.

Now in it’s twenty-third season, Sunset Concerts continues to implore the communal gathering of warmer days by kicking off its free 6-stint events, that will be held every Thursday, starting on July 18th with Gabby Moreno. Playing what the artist has dubbed “Spanglish folk soul,” Moreno will incorporate different languages throughout the soundscape of blues, jazz, pop, Latin Folk and R&B.

Each Sunset Concert event starts at 8 p.m., with doors and DJs starting at 6-6:30, and early arrival is suggested due to admission and seating are on a first-come, first-served basis. Uniquely catered as a full evening out, upon check-in at 5:30 p.m., early attendees may dine, shop, and check out exhibitions for free until 10:00 p.m.

Full Schedule: Gaby Moreno (July 18), Río Mira (July 25), The Klezmatics (August 1), Cha Wa (August 8), Tamar Ilana & Ventanas (August 15), Josef Leimberg (August 22).

All concerts begin at 8:00 pm. and are Free; no reservations. Parking is $15 per car and street parking strictly prohibited. Doors to the concert venue open at 6:30 pm. and admission and seating are on a first-come, first-served basis.
