An indie-rock band from Anacortes, WA that immediately stole my ear’s heart with the song, “Anxious Mind.” The chemistry between the dual vocalists on this track showcase their abilities to match harmonies as well as get creative in between synths and catchy bass riffs.
I had to learn more about the band and just from their Facebook I came across the tidbit that the main vocalists, (listen to other tracks off the album), Nick and Julianne Thompson, are married which justify my earlier feel of instant chemistry through their soft voices.
This song is the reason I delved further into the band and the live performance of this song is as good, if not better, than the actual studio version. Talented young artists that are worth the listen.
